A CAD$35 depositis required prior to sending your defective device.
A prepaid waybill will be emailed to the End-Customerin 2 days.
The defective device and a copy of receipt are required to be shipped back to uswithin 14 daysfrom the date you receive the waybill.
The CAD$35deposit will be refunded, if the condition of your device is in warranty.
The device will be repairedwithin 5 businessdays and shipped back to you.
If your device is out of the warranty, an estimate will be email to you and your deposit will be used for your repair fee. If you reject the estimate or do not respond within14 days, your deposit will not be refunded.
