Nubia Warranty Service in Canada: DF Computer Centre Inc. is your authorized Nubia warranty service center for mobile devices.

Services Offered:

• In-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and maintenance for Nubia devices.

Processing Steps:

1. Submit the Nubia Warranty Form.
2. We will review your submission and contact you within 24-48 hours to proceed.
   • In-Warranty Service:
     • We provide pre-paid shipping for the return of your device.
     • Please ship the defective device back to us within 7 days upon receiving the waybill.
     • Repairs under warranty are completed within 5 days and the device is returned to you.
   • Out-of-Warranty Service:
     • You will receive a repair estimate via email.
     • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the repair.
     • If you do not accept the estimate or respond within 14 days, the device will be recycled.

Important Note:

• All personal data and user-installed applications will be erased during the repair process. Please back up your data before sending your device for repair.
